Maria Johnson, flute
Maria Johnson is a Brooklyn-based flutist who has appeared at such venues as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Le Poisson Rouge, and Roulette, as well as in China, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden. Since joining ensemble mise-en in 2015 she has premiered countless works for chamber ensemble and solo flute, and has collaborated extensively with young and emerging composers across the United States and Europe.
Maria holds a B.M. from the University of Kentucky (2006) and a M.A. from New York University (2007), where she studied with Gary Schocker and Robert Dick.

Tickets will be available at the door and can be purchased for $20 general admission or $15 for students and seniors.
